Every room has an operator holding the door: a weekly hot seat, office hours, a compliance circle, a book on the business. Start one the day you join. Name it, set the rhythm, share the link. No application, no wait.

We operate recovery housing ourselves. This community is the room we wished existed when we were carrying it alone, so we built it. The ownership side stands next to it: Steward buys the houses and leases them to the people who run them.
Straight answers
Is it really free?
The community, yes. Joining and membership cost nothing, and always will. The Steward accountability platform is a separate paid product; your membership carries a 90-day free trial of it instead of the public 30. Steward makes its living on the ownership side of recovery housing, not on your membership.
Do I need to be NARR certified?
No. Certified operators, new operators, and people launching soon all belong here. The community is one of the best places to work toward certification, with peers who have done it in your state.
Will people try to sell me things?
No. The house rules ban selling, poaching, and dealing between members, and they are enforced. Read them before you join, they are public.
Is what I share private?
The feed and the rooms are members-only. No room is ever recorded. Any room, any setting; the software refuses, even for staff. Off-the-record rooms add the identity promise on top.
What about properties?
Steward matches investor-owned, recovery-ready homes with operators. That happens through Steward, not between members. The community is for peer support and teaching, and it stays that way.
